it's adjustable- check the back of the collar inside the hood. use it wide for ventilation so you can tuck your chin into it- that's why that soft fabric is there. you can always pull it tight if the wind's up or it's deep or whatever.

Open your ears . He didn't say 650 fill power down is the best down you can buy . He said 90/10 is the highest quality you can get in 650 fill.
