Yes I agree totally with you. Where were all these "friends" when he really needed them? I would humbly suggest that his family and closest friends should have demanded to see Michael for an intervention. He would not have liked that but that's what tough love is and I am sure Michael could have been helped and would still be here with us. Watching "This is It", he looked so thin and fragile. Even so, he was so polite and kind to everyone. God bless you Michael x

@chemijan Problem with an addict is you can't make them get help. As someone with a family member with addiction I have sat in many interventions and they only work with the person is ready. Problem with MJ is that he had money so he could buy people to help him with his addition. Unless the addict hits rock bottom (which usually means they have no other choice but to get clean because you pull financial support) there is nothing a family can do the court will not declare an addict incompotent.
