If I had to take a guess, she may have been upset with Steve because he wasn't there for her during her arrest. Instead, he called for a taxi and headed home. Maybe that led to anger, which led to her killing her? Who knows. Like I said, just a guess.

very telling. She wasn't acting very drunk. But amazing to me that McNair and his friend did nothing to help her at all. He obviously didn't want to be on a police report. She was booked since she refused to take the breath test, McNair was, of course, worried that his wife would find out, so he walked away. He should have known better, but maybe this affair was part of a pattern. This one had a tragic ending! We will never know the real story, of course.
