Wow....Brigitte Nielsen sounds so American here. I didn't hear a trace of accent at all in this interview, save for her rehab years where I did hear a slight Danish accent.

so glad she quit booze and cigarettes. Though legal, they are some of the most addictive and dangerous drugs out there.
And yes like she says, rehab is a life time commitment not just a 2 week vacation! Spears, Hilton, Lohan and all the rest are just time bombs.

As someone said she is a survivor ! She looks great now after her plastic surgery on German tv, brave to expose yourself to the world like that and must have been very painfull but Gitte was clever enough to get it free! Good luck Gitte.

i love this woman... she truly is a survivor. too bad she didnt get global attention like madonna did.

But she did for a while! She was constantly in the media the world around in 1985-1988, and she was in a couple of high-profile movies (Rocky IV, Cobra, Beverly Hills Cops 2). Her private life was constantly being covered.

@antoine1984 what !!!!, you can't even compare Madonna with her, Madonna did something huge in the music industry and this thing did what being married like 5 times and being a drug addict , so stop with this global shit attention thanks god not so many people knows her.

I have gained a new admiration for Brigette! I really think that she can turn her life around! I am proud of her and wish her the best of luck. It is obvious that she wants to change, get better , and live a better life. Oh, and by the way, She DOES look wonderful! That 30 lbs has done her well!
