@JaMEbass Its about war. Puppys mean young soliders (dogs of war) but they arnt dogs of war yet they are still puppys. So the lyrics go like: "Too many puppies, are being shot in the dark, too many puppies, are trained not to bark at the sight of blood that must be spilled so that we can maintain our oil fields" Which means too many young soliders dying over bullshit basically.
