@s1mm3g mainly because I'm an idiot and a weirdo. But also because I didn't know exactly how to pull it out at first, and I also thought it would be a good idea to record it.
@fuzzleteala I was installing a 4x4 fence post into a hole I had just dug. The post, which had some jagged edges, slipped through my grasp and slid down into the hole. A piece of the jagged edge pierced my hand as it slid down. It didn't hurt all that much, just freaked me out and made me a little queasy.
why did you whait to pull it out?

To this day I still have a hard lump inside that fleshy part of the hand. Weird.
