It's a cycle. The more intelligent people in a population tent to have less kids and the less educated ones almost always have higher number of offspring. So this is more of a problem with balance. Basically we need more working individuals to pay tax and give out welfare checks. Do not get me wrong. I do not support welfare and anything like this but it's something that happens naturally. university educated with a good job, but
there's no way I could adequately house,
feed, clothe, and educate through college,
6-8 children, even with my parents' help.
