You can see him shake his head and then he blends a bunch of words together and brings it to the right words at the end of the line. It's not so much 'tabs' to play how he plays it. It's the same chords, and it's more of a 'technique' kind of thing that you develop once you can play guitar well. It comes natural. Just keep practicing.
