@rccola89 she completely lost her powers. In her kid form while she might retain some of her abilities she cannot fight properly nor can she unleash her resureccion. That being said the Privaron Espada (3 digit numbers) are espada that were created naturally not by aizens hogoyoku. The only reason neliel was able to do this was because of her love for ichigo. ^ ^

@rccola89 it doesnt work like that. That number relates to actual power level, she is much higher than 103! The former espada were pushed down the hierachy as more powerful ones were created/appeared.

But she is definitely stronger than Grimmjow and Nnorita. I'd tie her with Halibel at the moment. But honestly if Aizen knew about Ulquiorra's second release Halibel would be 4th and he would be 3rd. She's stronger than his first release but I think his second release may be stronger.
