  • This is why Biggie was and always will be the best!! R.I.P Christopher Wallace!!! WE love and miss you!!

  • Poetry has deep roots in Hip-Hop, which makes me wonder why all these young money "rappers" are categorized as Hip-Hop?

  • goosebumbs...

  • Lool the way he says shit makes me laugh, but on a real this is some good stuff..

  • Why isn't Bill O'Reilly attacking him?

  • Adrien Brody trolling.

  • Brody is a great actor, but he's ready this like it's a Hallmark card.

  • FUCKING EPIC!!!!!

  • Money and blood dont mix like two dicks with no bitch find yourself in some serious shit! Hottest verse ever by frank white

  • Wow... Adrien Brody!!! STANDING OVATION!

#7 - this rule is so underated to me.. keep ur family and business; completely separated.

  • the hell is up with those douches that didn't clap tho?

  • #3.. never trust no--body!

  • SWAG!

  • Bravo!

  • Is there someone laughing in the background?

  • One of the most clever conceptual records in hip hop.

  • #5 - Never sell no crack, where you rest at..

  • I couldnt watch it am sorry. Rap is def poetry but that song spoken as poetry is fuckin hilarious. He should have did All of me by Budden or If I had by Eminem

  • @HotPocketsBoy worst comment of the day. there is always one

  • @MaskedAvenger13 hey if you like it it's cool. I just thought it was horrible. sorry

    *shrugs*

  • He did it so cold. I kinda felt like Biggie was there guiding him. Dope man.. just dope. RIP

  • wow. this was amazing. thank you adrien brody for respecting what the art form is at its highest form - poetry.

smh @ some of the old white ppl not giving him props at the end.

  • I don't see Fox News making a big deal out of this

  • @jamesrush64 well he is white after they went after common i knew for sure they were insane

  • I hope more people will respect rap as an art form and take time to read and analyze lyrics like Adrien Brody here. Biggie rapped about real shit and using this as an example, people who happen to sell drugs need to follow those rules to survive. Life is not a movie, no one can dodge bullets.

  • My favorite part is how he sits like "Yeah I murdered that shit"

  • if he was ironic, he can eat a dick, if he was seriously bigging up biggie (no pun intended, realyl), then mad props

  • This is definitly one of the illest Poetry recitals that I've ever heard!

  • @IAMRICHARD89 it woulda been cool if he was rappin it but tellin these lyrics as a poem like that it just made him look like a bouffon to me "heard she suck a good dick & can cook a steak up" with that serious face lol c'mon son

  • Gotta love Adrien Brody...

  • liev schreiber on his right. 0:02

  • "never get high on your own supply"

  • He's just trying to get some easy laughs by re-purposing Biggie's lyrics in a pseudo-ironic context. Brody is clearly insincere - he's phony and a hack.

  • @bensplum you sound something like a hater

  • He should've did Juicy....

  • why he aint picked "juicy" or "sky's the limit" or "everyday struggle" or "prayin for my downfall" or "suicidal thoughts"... i'm mean there's plenty other songs that woulda been more appropriate & relevant to read at the Academy of Poets was he tryin to fuck up rap music image even more or something?

  • @NicKingPapiChulo because he notices the art that biggie put in this song this is One of Biggies most creative songs is pure poetry

  • @Kidd148 the way he put words together the flow ... is dope as usual but it doesnt change the fact its a song advocating dope dealing

  • Alec Baldwin is all too familiar with this ...

  • WHAT IS AIR AHAHAHAHAAAAA

  • Finally, a white brethren stands up for what he grew up on in the 90s. Ive come across too many nonblack people of my generation who are now too good to remember what made them think, as well as shake their booty, reveling in the the innocence of youth. That song, that album, was too deep to deny its jewels. Even though the cited song revolves around drug dealing, its content is applicable in nearly any arena.

  • sounds like it was recorded in a bath room

  • Love it

  • Hood Certified

  • " I HEARD SHE SUCKS A GOOD DICK AND CAN HOOK A STEAK UP"

  • That nigga a G...

  • Well god damn, that might be the corniest shit I've ever seen in my life.

  • lmao wtf? ...is this a joke?...I wish we could see the audience....

This is in the top 10 most awkward things I have ever seen.

  • legend .

  • Biggie the GOAT

  • He said Boys instead of Niggaz,....lol

  • Joaquin Phoenix gag?

  • @mize2 No disrespect but I HIGHLY doubt street credibility/ hood points will do anything to further his career but a classic rendition nonetheless

  • Wtf is this crazy shit? LMAO!

  • LOL

  • He must have been a bit nervous about the response he was going to get. I think it went down quite well.

  • wow
