When I refer to my fitness routine as being done on a "fitness" pole, I never get that strange eye brow raise. My 13 year old son even talks about using it and no one even questions it bc the word "stripper pole" is a no no here...even tho i worked AS an "entertainer" for 20 years!!! The world champs are doing a great job representing serious athletes!!

This inspired me to take pole dancing lessons and now I understand how unbelievably talented this woman must be, the psychical and mental strength she must possess to do this is as awe inspiring as it is commendable. Keep in mind that I am an avid yogi, I do pilates, was a competitive cheerleader as a kid and i was also trained as a ballet/pointe dancer for 13 years. Even with my tall frame and psychical flexibility and fitness, I can't do nearly what this girl does . Truly artful. Truly Amazing

I took my first pole dancing class and it is safe to say I almost died. I've been in pole dance for a year and this woman makes me think I've done nothing!
