i just got scammed monday night. and not only did i get my item stolen but also assaulted =(

I just put a advert on craigslist selling a Dell mini 9. The next day i got two offers (by email) from "smithmariam003@gmail.com", and by Tom David "tommydav800@gmail.com". Smith Mariam said she wanted to buy it for 330$ over my original price. AND she said she would pay for shipping (she said: "My personal FedEx account") and Tom David said he needs my full name, phone numbers, zip code, mailing address. and they have horrible grammer, i gave the lady my email, should i change my paypal email?

@castroiscool It was a while back, but i just saved their emails. and didn't reply again to them. i didn't get scammed just don't reply to them, definatly don't give them any info. i think you should be fine. you shouldn't have to change you're paypal email. I didn't change mine, and nothing happened. Good luck. I suggest only deal local and for cash (as everyone says) more then 90% of Email transactions are SCAMS. Good luck bro.

I too was targeted by scam artists. Lately it seems every post i make on Craiglist trying to sell something, I get emailed by a scam artist. The last one i had i went along with it, and had this one guy thinking he was buying a PS3 with many games and extras pay for shipping which came out to over 200 dollars and i shipped him a big box of rocks and stones which weighed a ton over seas. I would have paid 100 dollars to see his expression when opening. Muahaha

@jylchecketts I just had that email, but I am going to play with him, to see how far it goes, thanks for your posting , now I know is fake, I ask him for his realtor name so I can talk to him, of course he wont give it to me. lol It is bad that "bad guys" try to take advantage of people who is looking for an honest job.

Honest people will understand . God will send the perfect Job for you! Don't loose hope

ver see the cable show where the guys travel around buying up good deals? yep. you got it. craigslist. This is no different than the PBS auction show antique road show. They pump the market with false belief. The danger is the entering into your system after you give them access with a phone number and email that is required to list items. You see most of you already live with this false guilt created by IRS and the corp USA. They know you are spineless and will give them everything they want

craigslist is owned by ebay. all folks who list hing on craigslist are being mointored for the iRS. ever hear of the ebay congress? If you do the investigation you will find craigslist owns warehouses all over with full staff employees. anything that is legit good deal, they scoop up and warehouse for ebay resell. Everyone else is reported to IRS for even more profit. research. this video is probably a craigslist employee dis info video.Are you folks this blind to the world you live in?

@c0lbznsarah , who introduced you to the scammer? craigslist? google aibradio and learn how to deal with con artist list craigslist. craigslist is not what most folks think. It is a IRS data base that will also scam you for what ever the employees can. Just look at the videos of the government employees that were reading and listening to anyone they wanted to when bush allowed homeland security to have free access to all records. you folks have no clue what criagslist is all about.
