Thanks for the video - looks good. Don't know how could I miss 430 when 2 weeks ago I was doing 475 in training.

We still have 2 more championships this year, mid-november and early december, so we are still busy here. Everybody here, in Costa Rica, are training real hard for the best lifter award for the year.

It's hard to say about St. Thomas, because there is the Pan-Am Powerlifting in Guatemala in June.

Probably I would, don't know yet. Need permission from the misses, Ha, Ha.
