LOL, Anon cannot stop them. Unlike Scientologists, these people will actually kill. And their own PEOPLE who anon believes is oppressed, I'd say MORE of them would rather support their government than support people who are trying to liberate them.
It's about whatever people want it to be about. Anybody can be Anonymous for any cause, for any issue. There are no schisms, there is only a collective with one name for any reason that gains momentum.
If you want to do it for the lulz, do it for the lulz. No Anon can tell another Anon what to do or why to do it.
@TempleOfSin not always. there were few anons who actually argued against the protest of scientology. they were called newfags, hacked, etc etc. Some who argued were green masks. But oh well, Anon doesn't even get along with itself.
@TempleOfSin just shows that they're not all the collected or organized as you may think. Many anons actually commit horrendous things, such as hacking, doc dropping, and some went to extremes during the COS protests (such as putting bleach in CoS gasoline tanks of their cars). What does anon say? "Oh they aren't us, they're different people!" Other anons have posted videos explaining what anon is. But is there not a rule that says DO NOT EXPLAIN ANON ?
@Deathclok It's a standalone complex. Each Anon participates independently. If you want to make a difference, form a cell that is dedicated to outing transgressors. Ie., attempt to 'dox' individuals who have committed crime in the spirit of the protests to proper authorities. This may stigmatize you.
If the 'war' against the COS is going to be won, it is going to be won as a PR campaign. Bad PR and exposure is the only thing that can kill a cult like this.
@TempleOfSin Further; have they achieved ANYTHING in their protests against scientology? Have they banned it yet? And why are they having all these separate wars? Anonymous vs fox, anon vs Iran, anon vs Australia, anon vs China. They're dividing their attention so much, their goals (whatever they may be) will never be met. When I found this out, it just showed that anons for the most part, all flash and no slash.
@Deathclok Chanology has accomplished some good. As a result of efforts to expose the Church of Scientology, people have found the courage to speak out and leave the cult, and news media is more willing to expose the cult's crimes to the public. The cult has been hurt and some branches have closed down. For those seeking lulz, there have been lulz in abundance.
I reiterate, Anonymous is a stand-alone-complex. Anonymous has no specific focus.
@TempleOfSin From what I've seen, t he majority of protests have been given up. What was so called "over 9000" is more like 9 outside of every street. Many of the people protesting just wanted to yell childish memes, but after a few days they couldn't live without their computer and went back to fapping at 4 chan. If there is no focus and they're merely doing this just to harass people or be living trolls.
@TempleOfSin So if there are no goals, that means they're not actually doing anything (as I said before) all talk, no slash. The thing about Scientology is they're only making aware the obvious. It's BS, and everyone knows it (personally I believe all religions are BS), but I doubt anon would EVER DARE go against a fundamental group such as Islam and have a video of a V for vendetta masked anon getting beheaded. However that's a different story.
@TempleOfSin Also I don't think it's a standalone complex since someone claims an idea and then anon divides whether they want to do it or not. They realize they have to work in groups, to achieve things. Whenever they commit raids one person cannot single handedly close a pool in habbo. They probably fight each other as much as they're "fighting" Iran. Which I too believe will just end in them getting tired and giving up.

This is a failed cause.

@Deathclok Well this sort of thing is bound to happen in a stand-alone complex.
