An ep is around 4 to 8 songs that an artist does when they don't want to promote a whole album or want to promote something else. This EP is being made exclusively for Wal-Mart to promote her clothing line with Max Azria and to promote her upcoming tour "The Miley Cyrus 2009/2010 World Tour". Disney artists have really boring tour names. Like The Summer Tour is Demi's tour. Anyway, the second single is called "When I Look At You" and PITUSA went to #2 on the Hot 100.
