@SuperSORAW this thing that our athletics dirtector/vice principal gave me and him to work on our hops because he wanted our 2 starting guards on varsity to have mad hops :p you can add 6 inches onto your vertical in 2 months. i started with a 20" vertical and now i got a 44" vertical. I forgot the name of it though. we both just memorized the excercises and gave the thing to his cousin.
