I did come across a website that seems to be sitting on the opposite side of the fence of trading Forex
I just finnished this video and I'm very interested in this stuff! I don't 100% understand it, but from what I do understand (prob like 75%-90%) I like it a lot. I plan on rewatching this a few times so I can get more of an understanding :).
Just remember that your risk is limited by what you agree upfront to pay. No matter how far price moves against you. you have 7 hours to end up being right.
By implementing those items mentioned in the Emotion Free Trading E-Book, it has made me a much better trader in regards to more discipline, and less emotion.. I've watch the paul tudor jones video a couple of times now. It's so motivating.
I have already improved a lot since I began reading that book. It all comes down to realizing you can never call the market all the time. "Greedy people will never make enough" says the author. I am working hard to catch myself saying what I "could have" or "would have" done. Its a lack of self awareness that leads one to those thoughts.
This Forex Spread Options Trading, Seems almost too good to be true. Orion, this video was worth the wait. Awesome information, literally life changing information indeed. The Paul Trudor Jones Video was inspirational. You were not kidding, when you said it s a video from back in the day :) Orion, are the Forex Options markets, opened 6 days a week, like the Forex Spot market? Can we trade Spreads on Sunday?
Negative sir, no trading at all except mon-fri... I hope they decide to start doing the spreads and options 24/5 though instead of 8am-3pm.... I'm going to bed now ;)
Orion, I think we have a Winner here. I love the fact that this Forex Spread trading allows me to Hedge my Spot Forex Positions. Also, I like the fact that with the spread options, I can diversify . I can do currency and precious metal (commodities) as well, with limited amount of risk, which is great. In Regards to the E-Book, Emotion Free trading, I've read the book before, and Highly Recommend it to others. I saw myself, in the pages of that book. I feel its a MUST READ for all traders.
Yeah, I didn't think about the metals, but yeah! Also, the Crude oil spreads are 500 points wide and only and 8 point bid/ask spread... the way oil has been moving lately its amazing... I WILL finish the book tomorrow. Thanks for your support bro.

That lot information!
And you know the devil is in the details so it will take a while to digest the numbers.
But a few things that jump out.
It is geared for day traders, but swing traders may be able to hedge the initial entry.
The risk/reward allows for dismal win/loss ratios and still profit!
