Does anyone remember Kirby, and Claudia before Fallon came along (Emma Samms)? Weren't they all Jeff's girlfriends? I used to love both Jeff and Dexter. I liked Blake a lot too as he was quite a handsome old man but I now find his romantic scenes with Krystle sickening! Too much cheese there.

Most of the time, she walked like she was lugging around something & her she most always hung her head down...just lacked the proper countenance..

Joan Collins said in an interview she had never any plastic surgery done. I find that very hard to believe, but besides that she looks rather good for her age.

Linda Evans does not look that bad ( Ido not know how old she is now) but the lip injections are quite frightning.

I wonder who directed this scene. First any client who spends this amount on a jewel would be seated in a private viewing room. There would be a desk, not a display counter. There would be a beverage (in this case Krystle should have had a glass of sparkling water or coffee). A display tray for the necklace or it's own box considering Blake already picked it out as a gift. No jeweller be it Zales or Bulgari would never leave a display case open. The little details..

not neccessarily (about the viewing room). i took a date to saks (atlanta) one time because we were bored and the jewlery salesman was bored too so he took use to the most expensive display case. he let her try on a 100,000 dollar necklace right there at the case, and i tried on a 20,000 watch. and they were both from a case, not at a desk. and at tiffany's, they take things out right there at the case too. -so maybe there wouldn't be a private room...who knows

I was thinking if Mrs.Carrington is trying on a gift she should have at the very least been sitting. The necklace, already sold, should be either in a box or a display tray. When carried away the piece should never be handled. Rather carried in such a way that it is not touched. I was in Cartier on 5th in NY, a private viewing room, coffee and my associate wore gloves when handling the piece. I was also asked if I could be assisted with the clasp. It was an unique experience it felt really nice.

I agree... Linda looks absolutely exquisite in this scene. This is one of those rare scenes where her beauty actually outshines Joan's -- no small feat, even for someone that gorgeous. She can look heavenly when she wants to.
