I just found you while searching for weight watchers videos..Do you use instant oats or Old fashioned oats? use milk or water? I'm sorry for the silly questions, but i def want to lose my weight!!! @BlakIzBeautyful2 They are actually improving my weight loss...I noticed that I would be full longer and had a wonderful WI I was down 3lbs this week!

@LadyKay78 Im reposting my comment to from video 11 here. If you have a vaginal delivery, like I did, losing the weight will be easier. During your hospital stay, drink lots of water!, eat all the food they give you, and when you get home, stick to healthy foods (fruits, veggies, yogurt, low fat milk, whole grains like br. rice and oatmeal). You can do it sis!

great video sis. my health goal are coming along just fine I'm still scared of the scale so i don't weight myself often at all and since its cold i hate going outside to the gym. I'm on a serious mission to slim my arms any tips?
@kimmy8188 dont be afraid of the scale sis, its not going to lie to you. :-) The weather should not be an excuse, its been really nice the last couple of days especially. For arms, I recommend weight lifting. Lots and lots of reps on a low weight.
