I am having an Outlook Express & Microsoft Outlook error, msoe.dll couldn't initialize... and I have to backup with restore, change/save registry and restart. It isn't as easy as it sounds, but it is something, that if I had to do numerous times, I could do without the directions. Hopefully I won't have to!

I believe it is good sense to gain knowledge and learn a little more about your computer and try it out.
