Yes, each wheel is made up of a rear Traxxas 2.2 nylon rim with the center (for access to the axle nut) and outer lip/edge cut off and that side of the rim is glued into a Traxxas front 2.2 nylon rim. These rims are the old Stampede rims with the different front/rear offset. The tires are Pro-line Sand paws stretched across the wide rims. Hope this made sense.
