I ad one and my friend has one. I had to sell mine to him because I was desperate to pay my bills. So now he has 2. I'll get one again someday.
The maker of the vid has something even MORE valuable, if you watch his other vid, you'll notice he has a damn Sega CDX which is 100 times harder and more expensive to get ahold of.

Yes you can use a game genie but it might become unstable. If you move the nomad and the cart shakes then it locks up
