this is too fast for dnb. dnb needs to be produced at ~ 175 - 180 bpm

also the production mix is poor, the kicks are pretty much non-existent, and the snares have no low-end, and sound tinny.

you need to layer your beats, and use a side-chain or look-ahead compressor (sometimes called a beat-puncher) for your beats & bass. this will make them sound heavier, and will also allow you to warm your bassline a bit more without it bleeding into the kick & snare.
