Raw was horrible between Summerslam 2002 - Wrestlemania 21. Triple H 24/7 burying everyone not named Shawn Michaels. Oh Benoit might of been champion but the focal point was still HHH vs HBK. My point being Bischoff was in charge during that era and it was horrible (mostly due to HHH but he brought everyone else down with him).

As far as the matches being pre-determined yea it's fake. The punches and kicks are very prostetic aswell. But, the fact of the matter is that these guys really do put their bodies through hell.
