I am having the same problem, but what I do is make a folder to save it to, then copy and paste it to that Lib Folder in SCAL2. It will give me a similar message but it will still save it.
The other problem I'm having is that it keeps shutting down on me...in the middle of me making library folders.
I am having trouble with this program because I cannot export the SVG files to the Sure Cuts A Lot Library. Every time I do, I keep getting the pop up question of "You do not have permission to save in this folder, contact administrator for password." By the way, I am the only administrator/User for my own computer.

@kiwilotus87 I had the same problem. What i did was right clicked on the SCAL Lib It Up program and hit run as administrator.
