@pinkflowerbaby56 yeah. You can also curl it this way. This was a lot harder back in the day but now they have heat resistant wigs so you can use irons I believe (it depends on the wig I think)
@MediasNotFoolingMe Hair Gel is definitely not good to use because it doesn't work on plastic like it does on real hair. However Got2B GLUE is different then gel and sometimes I don't even use it I just use a crap load of hairspray. Hairspray is a must. Aquanet is a super cheap and fantastic hairspray.
You know...I'm not that good at english (I speak spanish xD!) .__. so i didn't understand something...i have cut a wig .__. but it sucks because the wig got straight ._. not woth that natural look...so, you got that result with the scissors verticaly or with the razor?...i got lost on that part xD!

Sure thing. In the end yours needs a lot more spikes and poof. You made a lot of effort here that didn't need to be done. Train's hair is really simple. I agree with you, punky wigs are amazing. All you would need to do is cut the back and tease the hair a little then hold the wig upside down and spray with a little hair spray to keep its shape, after it drys, turn it back over and form the ends of the hair into spikes with more hair spray. Make sure to cut layers into the hair.
Yeah, I didn't style it a lot originally, this tutorial focused more on cutting, a technique I have long since improved on. I have done your styling instructions since then (I'm uploading a tutorial about that now), but I still don't understand what was so complicated about this tutorial. This tutorial was a rounded overview of cutting a wig, not just how to do Trains hair. But you are right, the wig did not look right, (cut but not styled) I have fixed it since then! Its much more Train now!

Is it because you're not watching the video in HQ that you can't read the text or is it because there is too much going on in the video? Youtube is changing around alot, and that is the option they give you now if the regular video is a grainy quality and you can't read the text is HQ, so try that.
I'm working on better audio! (I have a new system now that's clearer, but sometimes its too quiet on youtube.)
