  • Where did you buy the canibe ??

  • Amazingly that flimsy-looking motormount holds a trolling motor just fine. I have a MonnKota Traxxis 55 weighs somethinglike 37 pounds and the motor mount holds it ok.

  • Also the boat is light enough that you can lift it up onto one side to make it easier to get under the boat to mount the motor mount.

  • This video contradicts the instructions that come with the boat LOL. You don't fully inflate the boat before putting on the motor mount, you inflate the boat to about 60-75 percent and then out on the motor mount, makes it easier since the stern of the boat is less rigid, then finish inflating to 100%.

  • The pins on the motor mount are a major design flaw. The holes in the lower tubing are too close together to allow the pins to go in easily. The heads of the pins are so large they won't push past the plastic grommets. And the cotter pins are a pain to use.

Surely the engineers could have specified having the holes 1/8th of an inch farther apart to make it easier. And, I'm sure an easier fastener pin could have been incorporated. After first use, 2 lower plastic end caps were missing.
