I agree entirely. Communism is a great ideology, and the failure of the so-called "communist" states of the last century was not the failure of communism. We should never idolize anyone, only take what theory they have that is valuable and work with it. Some may say that "human nature" is in the way, but I don't believe that. Humans can cooperate, always have. And prehistoric societies were egalitarian/socialist. I am not too pessimistic about the future of communism,I think it's possible.

I agree entirely. Communism is a great ideology, and the failure of the so-called "communist" states of the last century was not the failure of communism. We should never idolize anyone, only take what theory they have that is valuable and work with it. Some may say that "human nature" is in the way, but I don't believe that. Humans can cooperate, always have. And prehistoric societies were egalitarian/socialist. I am not too pessimistic about the future of communism,I think it's possible.

Communism DOES kill people. The leaders are the ones who implement the COMMUNIST ideals and the leaders are the ones who KILL. Its like saying PEOPLE dont kill, only their weapon kills. Without the person USING the weapon, the weapon cannot kill...just like the Communists, Without the people and a leader, Communism does not EXIST. SO, COMMUNISM DOES KILL. It also Kills HUMAN WILL AND HUMAN CREATIVITY.

we live in a world where every1 is greedy, communism has a great idea only if it can find a REAL leader not like Stalin who was more paranoid than helping the Soviet Union. Communism is a way to save people from our destructive world but once agian it needs a STRONG leader.

nah, this isnt a communist march. Mayday-marches are arranged by all old worker-parties in Finland. IN this one the marhcers are from two communist parties and Left Wing Alliance. The Social Democrats had theyre own rally.

Finland has several leftist and communist parties.
The main left party is the socialist democrats who get about 23% of the vote; then the leftist coalition who get about 10%; finally the actual Finnish communist party who get less than one percent. There used to be more.
