Is it common for Canadians to play a random round of "Hold Down The Druggie"? It looked like the entire neighborhood was jumping in!

@electrogeek77 The ones holding him down are paramedics. The others appear to be onlookers. I'm a former EMT, a nursing student, and I have volunteered in an ER for years. I've seen several drug overdose patients, and it often takes a minimum of 5 people to hold down a patient that is fighting. One for each arm and leg, and one to hold the head. They often have to use more than 5 people if the patient is strong. So this commerical was pretty accurate as far as that goes.

That's not Conan O'Brien. It's some unknown Toronto actor. When this PSA was made, Conan was already a very successful writer on "The Simpsons", so he certainly wouldn't have gone to Toronto to appear in a dinky little PSA.
