Nice write up bro , this helped me out a bit. Im planning on swapping out my steering wheel , previous owner put a teggy one on & didnt wire/plug up the horn or anything
I created a separate channel where i will post all of the DIY tutorials. The Channel is called OmgCarStuff. There are no videos on it yet but I will be posting some soon.
@epich100 depending on how badly the head of the screw is stripped you should be able to use a medium to large size flat head screwdriver and twist it out slowly.
@xedis7 I think the only reason it would be illegal is because you have to remove the airbag to install it. But many cars on the road such as 1992 jeeps do not have airbags to begin with. So I saw no harm in replacing the steering wheel.
@xedis7 its only illegal if the car had an airbag from the factory, if your car's steering wheel from the factory doesnt come with an airbag its legal to get an aftermarket one
@cillosull Did you need to know how to remove a steering wheel? or are you just trolling around youtube because you literally have nothing better to do?
Nice video of you pretending to be a DJ on your channel. It wasn't pathetic or anything. *sarcasm*

if you had a accident and your air bag are already deploy than you don't have to worry you can work with the battery still connected.
