  • @MrRicky404 mate done probably, I notice results the following morning. When I have a good ab workout, at the time I look at myself in the mirror and check out my stomach like every guy does, and I see a very faint change.. It's the following morning when I can feel the stomach, and muscles getting tighter.. so yeah.. from day 2 you will notice a change, and everyday the sensation just gets stronger, meaning you can go for longer with each workout, just make sure you keep changing it

  • goddamn..this video pretty much changed me. i looked at it and thought it seemed pretty legit. so i replaced a halfass situp routine with these and damn..this shit works..for me at least. ive been doing 8 sets of these everyday and ive lost 14 pounds in a month. im a regular guy too, one that didnt even exercise that much. just make sure to strictly rest a minute after every set so u go ALL OUT when u do them. start out by doing only 3 then add the hardest one once uve lost enough fat.

  • I did this for about one month already and it seems to work well. but you didnt mention about the times we are supposed to do it per weeks, i do it before bed, and the next day i dont, and then i start again. so, is 3 to 4 times a week good and do i need to do it at a specific time of the day? thanks!

  • @BrokkenArt you get more muscle when ur heart is pumping lots of blood into working muscles, which occurs when ur heart rate is higher. so basically the more tired u are when u do this the better workout u get. doing this twice consecutively would get a higher heart rate than doing it during breakfast and then the afternoon. But ur diet makes an even bigger difference, the less fat you have the better workout u get, so if u wanna get serious replace all high carb or fatty snacks with fruits.

  • @DiiiaNaXD if u wanna burn belly fat i recommend staying away from carbs, replace bread and pasta with fruits. after a few weeks of doing that i was able to do way more reps.

  • @ktshorty12 I would assume you should do as many as possible (thats why it's timed and not by reps) as long as you arn't overworking yourself or going to fast which will actually slow down your muscle build.

  • @ktshorty12 To get your "chub" gone you need to do other things besides this ab workout, this workout does burn calories but is more of a muscle builder not a fat burner. You should try running, walking, swiming, biking and such things, these are great for burning fat. also eating healthier foods is a great way, and I don't mean going on a whole food diet, just try eating and drinking healthier foods, like making eggs and bacon for breakfast or making a fruit smoothie instead of drinking a soda.

  • Well If you're uhm ''fat'' jog first and burn those fats doing this will build muscle but It won't show because you're actually building your muscle under your fat.

  • @jolatyppi Just cereal. And, throughout the day, just some snacks. Don't worry about calories. Trust me, dont. DONT have 3 square meals a day, have about 10 Small meals/Snacks throughout the day. That will speed up your metabolism and make you burn fat faster. BUT, remeber to workout.
