  • This is the best preworkout on the market. 

  • Didnt like craze. I felt dizzy out all day, felt head pressure. Jack3d always works great for me. This shit is gonna mess with peoples dopamine levels and that's always a bad thing. dmaa is just as safe as tangerine extract in craze which is a cuzin of bitter orange which has shown to cause bad cardiovascular affects for years. and craze hasnt been studied long so everyone taking it is a lab rat. at 1/2 scoop either one is prolly safe but craze has 2 many side effects for me personally.

  • this stuff really lives up to its name it is crazy! and not in a good way either the initial feeling after ingested it gave me so much clarity,clean energy, and insane focus the focus is nothing you ever felt before i can not put it in words. But after a week of continual use the after glow or come down of the pre- workout gave me extreme depression and i could not form one happy thought but hey this is just information so you can do whatever the fuck you want!

  • Beta-alanine really doesn't have immediate effects and some people won't even notice the long term effects anyways so it's not for everyone. If you do take a supp with some kind of beta-alanine in it...the tingling feeling can be negated by taking it with a lot of carbs. Most supps have less than a gram of beta-alanine so you guys are probably just sensitive to it

  • Stupid question, this sh!t contains 4.8 grams of proprietary blen, which contains Creatine Mono. Thought 5g was the min for creatine mono, so you have to supp this supp with additional creatine, right? WTF can't their just be enough in 1 supplement; and is there a reason why you wouldn't want to take all your creatine pre-workout?

To me the perfect pre-wo would be engery and 5g of creatine mono - based on that blast powder or assult looks like the win (granted there's crap in there you don't need) unless the energy isn't there or you crash?

  • @boydj98 u gotta experiment when u take the creatine to see when ur body responds best. for pre workout the two main things u need are caffeine (energy) and arginine (the pump).

  • My biggest concern is my nutrition. What is the best way to feed my body when I'm at work if I don't have the time to pack a nutritious lunch and the only food around my work place is fast food. There is a subway nearby and have been considering that. I just need help if anyone can tell me what I can do.

  • @AK3mm3 fast food contents lots of fats n bad carbohydrates. They are difficult to digest, and so sometimes, it's difficult for you to burn it down. Bad carbs like white bread makes your body to store it as fat if your cardio doesn't burn that fat you've eaten. And since it's difficult to dispose out of your body, the energy turns to unwanted fat rather than energy. Same goes to fats. I'm new too to this nutrition stuff. Just started watching fitness gurus on youtube like 3 months.Be Patience.

  • I need help and if anyone can relay this message to to the twins that would be great. I work 4 days a week and the days I am off are Monday Wednesday and Friday. I am 18 and weight 230. I consider myself big but not fat nor ripped. My problem is that I want to gain serious muscle, but get cut and toned at the same time. I am working out upper body on the days I am off as well as walking for 15-20 minutes before each workout and I plan to walk for anywhere from 30-45 minutes on the days I work.

  • @AK3mm3 I'm guessing you're new? To my knowledge, according to them, you can do what the fuck you wanna do. As far as your cardio goes, it's better to separate your cardio with your workout, like cardio in the afternoon and workout at night or vise verse. It comes back to wat the fuck you wanna do. If you consider to do your upper body:chest, shoulders, tri, bi and other good stuff, then its ok.It's good rather than mixing it with your lowers like legs. Get cut is to eat right.dats all

  • @AK3mm3 do cardio first thing in the morning before breakfast and after your workout. if you needa snack on something a sandwich with good ingredients is fine, plus fruits and nuts

  • YO SERIOUS QUESTION. just wondering... you guys seem to be changing your exercise every week. same compound movements but instead of using a machine one week you switch to freeweights with the barbell or curl bar for biceps. is this what you recommend? using the same movements for your workouts but switching up the type of equipment you use?

  • @BENJIGGLAMAN They changed free weights to machines and changed it back again, because of their shoulder issues. They said that since free weights have to be done by stabilization, your body needs to stabilize that weight FIRST before pumping the muscles. However, by doing machines, it's more relaxing and thus momentum is stabilized beforehand. Like Ronnie prefer to get free weights as opposed to machines since it contracts his muscles more profoundly.So, yeah, do what d fuck you wanna do

Go get checked to see what you are allergic to and then find a creatine that doesn't have that ingredient. Then you can GET BIG.

I know when my body acts differently after taking certain supps, I would advise people suffering from asthma,bronchitis or any breathing disorders to stay away from creatine, I speak from experience bro, not bashing the product, just want ppl to be aware is all!!

  • Best preworkout I've ever used was 1MR but it gave me massive stomach cramps the first 10 minutes after drinking it down. Napalm was pretty good too and Jack3d was alright.

    But I'm not too sensitive to stimulants, but it does make me less tired in the gym. But they don't make my eyeballs pop out like I'm on crack or something.

    I'm curious about this though.
