Well my bike has a transmission not a transmition... okay, I have to admit it... my reaction is kinda lame ;-)

u dont lock tight drain plugs or plumber tape! they have a torx setting for a reason and u should clean them off befor u put the new rubber seal on. and clean around the area ur working on so u dont get debrea in the engine
