  • Did you get another one?

  • i like ur bearded dragon but happen to it

  • fat beard skinny body?

  • @dragonfear2011 Shut up you idiot.

  • what the hell with it's body?

  • @Kinelosan She had Salivary gland adenocarcinoma. There are other videos that explain it. Basically she had throat cancer and was under a vets care and eventuallly died after having cancer for about a year. The tumor got really big and she always looked malnurished even though she ate well.

  • i have a baby baby beardie. about 2 inch body. when i bought him he was a bright sandy color. it seems like in 2 or 3 days he got darker. my first time trying to raise one of these guys. didnt know if it was natural or if he could be sick already.

  • @420vader420 Most likey it is normal. I would not worry about it unless you noticed other symptoms. Beardies do change colors. Sometimes they look really bright, sometimes they look quite pale, and at other times they may turn a really dark, almost black color. It's normal.

  • @420vader420 If your beardie turns really dark, it means that he is stressed. Most often, it just feels threatened and will relax and go back to his normal color in some time. Beardies can be tricky to learn - they do weird things that can seem like a warning sign that there's a problem when really there is nothing wrong. You will learn and get used to their oddities. They are cool creatures!

  • One more thing- go ahead and find a vet that treats sick beardies in your area. They are rare and if you do end up with a true beardie emergency sometime, you will want to know where to go.

  • i have blue sand and sorry for your loss

  • lol wat kind of sand is that

  • i think im gonna name my bearded dragon ricki in memory of yours :)

  • where can u get that blue sand??

  • @jpatt566 Petco. Some folks will argue that it is not healthy for your beardie and causes risk for impaction. We never had any trouble with it, but only used it for one month. My daughter wanted it really badly so we used it for a short time and then switched back to the regular. Petco sells it in small pricey bags. Just be careful if you use it. I don't recommend it, especially for smaller beardies.

  • where can u get that blue sand

  • whats wrong with his chin!?!?!??

  • @molly101390 She had throat cancer. It grew for almost a year and she was under a vets care the entire time. Sadly, we lost her. She was an awesome beardie!!!

  • @rahmoore poor girl :(

Sad to hear that you lost her. :(

  • @rahmoore sorry about that. i diddnt know i bet she was great

  • @molly101390 There are actually several videos about her and her cancer if you look around on YouTube or my channel.

  • Comment removed

  • another good way to do it is to get a REALLY tiny bit of carrot like 5mm bit and splash that around in the water and keep doing it and iti will learn.

  • why does its beard look so weird

  • lol "get yo fingaz out my watta."

  • ha ha... Thanks for looking! : )

  • how do you know if your beardie can drink on its own or not

  • she looks so nice ! is she a normal or a red ?

    reli nice

  • Normal. There is a red glow on her branch... and so I think her nighttime heat light was still on and probably adding to her color too.

  • i cant belive such a beautiful animal has cancer, hes lucky he has you people to take care of him, i cant wait to get mine i hope he get rid of that cancer. love you vids

  • sweet sand, i have this sand thats supose to be safe if its acsidentaly swollowd i want that kind ware did you get it???

  • It came from PetSmart... but is is my least favorite of all the different types of subtrates we have tried. We are constantly changing aobut the environment & trying different things to see what works best & what we like. We've found that beardie sand is our favorite... and we got a broken garden stone from Home Depot (free) and put in on one side of the house...where the food is. It works great!!!!! ...and keeps the sand from the food just to be extra safe!

  • cool, the reason i like it is couse its so unique and pretty!! :)

  • It is pretty. My daughter BEGGED for months to have it for her beardie b/c it is her favorite color. We only used it for a bit though... it's not really the best stuff... but it made my daughter happy!!! : ) There are better things to use.

  • my bearded dragon already does this and he's only like 1 month to 2 mnths, only had him for 2 weeks, and i always see him lickin from his bowl

  • That's great! A lot of beardies get dehydrated b/c they don't like to drink from a dish... or don't know how. Many owners struggle with their beardies not drinking enough. Some have to hand-water their beardies with a dropper or syringe. You are a lucky owner!

  • Ricki was my beardie also.

  • Thanks!

  • how come shes so skinny?

  • o wait nevermind i saw the other video an u explained whats wrong with her...well hope she gets better!

  • Nice beardie. To me that looks like calci sand which is really bad for them because it causes impaction. i would stick to reptile carpet, paper towels or tile

  • Awesome...what substrate is that? Check my Dragon out!!

  • Hey. Dwight's CUTE!...very cool! Wish I could tell you what type of subtrate it is, but the packaging has been long gone. It's designed for beardies, though. It is supposed to be completely digestable & safe. It comes in all diff colors...pink, purple, brown, sand, glow-in-the-dark, etc. We got it at PetSmart. Blue is my daughter's fav color & she wanted to try it...She's 9 & Ricki's really her pet.(I can't figure out why strangers care what color we use in our own home.) Thanks! : )

  • Cool!

But I would recommend getting a different colored sand or just use plain paper towels.
