  • I hope they get smarter. end that crappy war. its way to expensive.. think about the fucking poor americans in AMERIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICAAA

  • If the governments lips move they are lying. Vets must stop fighting and "new recruits" must become an impossible phrase. We must acknowledge who the enemy actually is and take the fight to they... no overseas travel required.

  • wow hihihhahahahuhuhu wow

  • Embarrassed my ass, they couldn't give a f...

WAKE UP. Don't go to war until the person who declares it is on the frontline standing next to you. I'd go to prison before I went to war. Fight thier political crap. They can go .... themselves.

  • Nacho, you wouldn't call the plunder of Iraq's oil wealth at the expense of a million dead terrorism? The occupiers are responsible for more deaths than Saddam was. Who will rid the US, UK and other from the Nazi's in power? Someone please invade us to bring freedom, democracy and prosperity to our nations. All these fascists want is 'profit' and blood. May our 'enlightened' Western world burn for its grave crimes!

  • What is America doing for the Iraqi innocents injured by this evil invasion and occupation ????

  • many vets are homeless. get use to the fact after u get wounded you are discarded.

  • EmperorAtahualpa, yes, they are between the terror that is the US and Israel and the freedom that the Middle East want.

  • You should not turn a blind eye to the countless citizens that fell victim to the Taliban and to Saddam Hussein. If the Taliban and Saddam are not terrorists against the West, they surely are terrorists against their own people. You might have doubts about the motive for U.S. to intervene in Iraq, but I don't think I need to remind you about what a mass-murdering maniac Saddam was. Once stability has been fully achieved, Iraq will be better off then during Saddam.

  • 8mycrab, keep praying. The real people who need to be brought to trial are the ZioNazi Jews who are behind 11/9. Unless you're saying that the FBI want Bin Laden for WTC attacks? Let's take a look at the FBI website and we see?? OH NOES! Bin Lala isn't wanted for 11/9 because... there's no proof he was behind it. Anyway how do you know Bin Lala isn't hiding in the Whitehouse concidering the Lala's and the Bush's are such close friends?

  • Look at what George Bush's terrorist reign has done to the world.

As an American, I don't expect Barack Obama to do everything right. No one can. But I pray

he ends the killing of innocent civilians and begins the process of giving back Iraq to it's people. And may we find Osama bin Laden and bring him to justice

  • The Persian Empire, the Roman Empire, Napoleon, Nazi Germany all looked after their veterans. The US looks after them by cutting their wages, their benefits and their healthcare. You were better off fighting for Hitler than you are for Bush, Rumsfeld, Cheney and family (Obama). You want to fight? Take up arms and fight the US government, that is a worthy cause. Rid the US of the ZioNazi's in power and rid yourselves of your master Israel.

  • woot! woot! go iraq!

  • The number of suicides(AT HOME) exceeds the numbers of deaths on the battlefield.......by how much I wonder, 1%.....20%....150%?

  • terorist america ...

  • terrorist turkey...

  • burn all in hell fucking bastards fuck off terorist son of bitch ! american dog ... humans was killed two millions in the iraq ...

  • Go wash your mouth, kiddo. By the way, of course the amount of Iraqi deaths is far lower than two million. On the other hand, two million is still less than the amount of Armenians, Greeks and Assyrians that have been killed by turks...

  • you are the liar.the armenians and grece killed the Turk countless folk. Fuck all america and imperyalizm ...

  • Of course you think I am the liar. That is because no teacher in your country dares to teach the truth.

"Concealment of the historical truth is a crime against the people." -- General Petro G. Grigorenko, samizdat letter to history journal, c. 1975, U.S.S.R.

  • you ago learn the armenian and greece massacres and kill people ... example : Xocalı massacres and more massacres ...

  • I know about them, and they're not even close to the genocide committed by the turks in the 1910s and 1920s...

And what about how the Kurdish people within your country are denied even the very basic right to self-determination. Basically the south-eastern part of your country is a colony whereas it should be an independent nation-state called Kurdistan. Now THAT is what I call IMPERIALISM.

  • kurdistan never didn't become.this your lies.don't convince the people.you do want to slave the people.you want to break into pieces the countrys. YOU WILL NOT ARRIVE TO YOUR DESIRE !!!

  • yes yes, I hope no american soldier dies but all of them become disabled that will mean the american government will have to care for the disabled soldiers for the rest of their lives which will cost them atleast 2 trillion dollors, the insurgents shouldnt kill american soldiers but rather take out a leg here and there and that is how slowly america will die!!!!

  • very smart and well said, but its faster too killem since it well take less time, and they should be prepared for death since they joined the army.

  • and then everyone will have world peace and world hunger will be solved?

i wish these that some of these things were remotely possible. really a lot of it is wishful thinking.

  • i wish that also believe me

  • You're an imposter, sir. You claim to be Christian yet wish disability on all American soldiers. My you roast in Hell.

  • You're actually a Muslim with great hatred towards Christianity.

In actual fact you've not got a religion, have you? Would any have you?

  • I also hate ChristianLove's comments, but what does Christianity have to do with it? The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are not between religions. They are part of the struggle between freedom and terror.

  • Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11. I don't know the real reasons we're there but it sure as hell had nothing at all to do with terrorism.

  • Of course, I agree. But that is how Bush presents the intervention in Iraq anyway. Besides, we should not forget that even though Saddam might not have engaged in international terrorism, he surely remains guilty of DOMESTIC terrorism against his own people (particularly the Kurds). Above all, it is a good thing that Saddam has been removed from power.

  • I'd like to think it was good intentions that brought us into Iraq and Afghanistan. A real love of fellow man and Kurds.

It doesn't quite add up. We armed Sadaam, turned a blind eye when he gassed the Kurds, he was our friend.

There are so many countries ran by tyrants, why do we ignore Rwanda, Darfur, Congo now. If we really cared why just sort out the problems in the oil rich countries.

  • Afghanistan was pure self-defense. Iraq was basically economic incentives with good side-effects. Indeed, the West should have acted when Kurds were gassed, but it's better to remove him later than never at all.

BTW, Rwanda was ignored because Clinton wanted to prevent a second disaster like in Somalia (and his approval ratings were very low in 1994 so he was under domestic pressure). Darfur is NOT ignored since there is a UN mission now. We still need to see what happens in Congo.

  • So Clinton put his poor ratings before trying to save human beings from being massacred in Rwanda.

That kinda answers my question for me. The US and everyone else do not invade countries out of humanitarian reasons, never have and never will. It's all for power.

The long term aim is to conquer the Middle East, USA, UK and Israel together. It won't happen, but that's the dream of the New World Order.

  • Concerning Rwanda, don't forget that, initially, American public opinion actually was AGAINST intervening in Rwanda. Citizens feared that such an operation would cost lives of American troops and they valued American lives over the lives of non-Americans (perhaps rightly so, that depends on your world view).

Besides that, reports about how big the Rwandan genocide truly was were coming in slowly. U.N. peacekeepers were no longer present and even the media had to leave for their safety.

  • The US citizens also value the loss of American troops in Iraq/Afghanistan where they supposedly protect non Americans. I can't see any difference.

No one listens to US or UK citizens when it comes to going to war.

  • Yes, U.S. citizens value the loss of American troops in Iraq/Afghanistan, but less so than in Somalia. The general concensus among researchers is that this is due to the difference in the nature of the intervention. The stakes are higher in Afghanistan because the security of Americans is at risk, whereas Somalia was not about securing American safety but merely about saving lives of non-Americans. When the stakes are lower, public opinion more easily calls for retreat when deaths occur.

  • "No one listens to US or UK citizens when it comes to going to war."

I guess that depends on the situation. In the case of Iraq, for instance, public opinion was clearly of secondary importance. But for instance in the case of Kosovo (1999), public opinion was important in deciding to intervene. And after 17 American military were killed in Somalia, public outcry for retreat was so overwhelming that Clinton ordered to pull within a week after the incident.

  • Purely humanitarian interventions have occurred, but rarely. For instance, it has been tried shortly after the Cold War in Somalia, but that mission failed and has resulted in a policy shift on the side of the Americans. Have you ever heard of the "Somalia syndrome"? I recommend you to look up some literature about it, it makes an interesting read.

  • I guess it's clear that USA and Europe have an important joint international agenda. It is obvious that Israel can count on Western support, too (and I think rightly so).

Of course the West has important strategic concerns in the Middle East, but "conquering" the Middle East is out of the question, I think.

And let us not also forget that most Middle Eastern countries still regard the Western countries as the best business partners.

  • I not only wish disibilty for american soldiers but to all americans that way we will win all the gold medals in the Paralympics!

  • I would prefer to blame my elected government who has historically sold out to those interests.

  • Respect for the military dead?

How about starting with the true count?

  • the problem is, when the fact becomes that America and coalition refuse to leave in peace, the violence is going to increase all the bombing will return and more people will die in larger numbers then before . The surge is just bullshit, The american military has given the Arabians in the west and south clear indication that the coalition troops will leave once order is extablished. The election is over order has returned . The Americans need to make sure the goverment honors total withdraw!

  • terrorists.. the one's funded by the US government you mean? You can not be serious if you believe it were those 19 alledged hijackers?

The governments are not telling us all the details about the events that took place during the terrorist events. (like 911)

  • There is No salvation down the barrel of a gun. To kill your brother,is a sure way to hell.Never follow blind, question orders.Seek Jesus, and leave ALL the fighting to God.Understand Elijah, and you will understand, the Deffence of God.

  • Being a soldier is a stupid thing when you are controlled by the evil politicians.

  • more suicides than casualties??? omg

  • Our government doesn't want us to know the truth.

  • or media....

  • i cant help but think america brought this war upon themselves. it is their own fault. not the fault of just the government, but upon every single selfish soldier who enrolled for extra cash and a tour of the world with no intent to actually kill anyone. it is your own fault and you have noone to blame for your missing limbs but yourself. i have no pity for you, this is the nicest way i could put it

  • AbuUbaydah1:

Mind games, propaganda, nationalism (or variant of) and poverty are pretty powerful tools used by all armies and pariah armies around the world. I'm a little more sympathetic to most of those that fall victim to indoctrination than I am for the puppet masters.

  • Poor little murderers are having bad dreams. Karma is a bitch.

  • I hope you're not saying that to the troops. They don't know what they're doing. Just orders. Most soldier realize the destruction they caused and end up with PTSD.

  • UKNOW8WHATSUP, Yep true... I served and I wouldn't do again, Americans aren't worth defending.

  • But would you serve canada?

  • When do you plan on invading?

  • would you serve canada?

  • asked and answered

  • Here let me rephase the question, would serve canada if it wasn't invaded?

  • No... I have no need to.

Canada isn't trying to protect itself from the blow back of a corrupt foreign policy past and present.

Canada, unlike the US didn't send troops into Iraq to try and monopolize oil currencies.

But if I did decide to serve in Canada's military, I wouldn't be fighting a bureaucracy, like the VA, for my health care, I would be receiving a annual salary 5 times higher than my American counter part and most of all, I would be serving a people that give a shit.

  • So that would be a no.

  • Hey I thought you would get the first time I answered, but you insisted.

  • Well I had to rephase the question and the answer to that question when it was rephased was the complete opposite of what you first answered.

  • canada sent troops to iraq...

  • Konaboy7 ... Check your facts

Canada chose not to join the United States' "Coalition of the willing" during the invasion of Iraq. Since the United Nations did not approve of the preemptive strike, Canada declined involvement citing international law as the reason.

Canada did help train the Iraqi police force and that's it.

  • What about the depleted uranium!!!!

  • burn all in hell fucking bastards

  • Who?
