how did this get a copyrite in the first place, jason whatever his name should get one because that "hm whatchu say " part is in Imogen Heaps song Hide and Seek and that was made in 2005 and on wikipedia it just says hes "sampling" part of her song bull hes a song thief. also that little part is the only reason why people like it, they should buy imogen heaps song for the part not his

Jason Derulo had a number one hit with his song. you can't possibly think he stole it? Do you for one minute think a lawsuit wouldn't have been slapped on him by now if its was used illegally. Imogen Heap probably made a tidy sum from it and has publicity for free,
