Generally it's very good and clearly demonstrated the skills for beginners; but should not always put the back of your palm on the back of your opponent/partner's palm or fingers; instead, push or block on his hand wrist or arm because this way is more flexible and easier to control opponent's palm or arm; also, don't raise hands or shoulders to high and hands should never be raised higher than shoulder's level for practical self-defense or push hands;
