Front engine buses here in Kanawha County West Virginia are dominating we use the C2, because they are easier to maneuver on mountain roads. They have a higher ride height and are easier to control.

I dont understand why they still perpetuate the manufacturing of forward engine buses that require such huge overhangs in the rear. Rear engine buses are far more powerful and dont need so much overhang.

That is a Front engine (obviously) INternational CE 2000. That is my bus!! I'm not sure exactly what year it is. It has (most likely unless somebody changed it) a 6.0 Diesel engine made in Indiana!! You can get many many many options on it. I have a friend at another school who bought hers with nicer seats, storage above, tinted windows, the white top, front gaurd, and even air brakes, and all kinds of stuff!! OUr is more bare bone, because our school is very small, and does no contracting.

the international rear engined busses ride really well, and for their size they are pretty fast, and they handle really well, and their heating and AC is great.

8600 is a tractor! that is a IC Corp. Model CE, similar to the International 3300
