Yes, I'd like to see something done about abuse via any Private Ins. companies as well. Right now dealers can't even get paid timely from the Gov for cash for clunkers, medicare/SS is nearly bankrupt, so how can we take on a totally new system which would take years to tweak out problems & which the congressional budget office has declared would not work & would only increase costs.
Medicare/SS are nearly bankrupt because they were policies set from the past that were not designed to be sustainable.
Reform is needed to insure health care and SS don't collapse, nor be a privilege for the few. Mechanisms and incentives need to change in order for the health industry to be more efficient, which will require all parties (Hospitals, Priv Insurance, Individuals) to be on the same table. Government is a table that is being used now.

Right now dealers can't even get paid timely from the Gov for cash for clunkers, medicare/SS is nearly bankrupt, so how can we take on a totally new system which would take years to tweak out problems & which the congressional budget office has declared would not work & would only increase costs.

Medicare/SS are nearly bankrupt because they were policies set from the past that were not designed to be sustainable.
Reform is needed to insure health care and SS don't collapse, nor be a privilege for the few. Mechanisms and incentives need to change in order for the health industry to be more efficient, which will require all parties (Hospitals, Priv Insurance, Individuals) to be on the same table. Government is a table that is being used now.
Yet we need to listen and not be scared...

This does go above party politics, Nancy Pelosi should be held accountable for her words just as much as Dick Cheney should be held accountable for his actions during his undermining position the CIA did lie about which didn't have anythng to do with Nancy Pelosi being right, but both of them should be held accountable. Otherwise, do you Americans have a legal system if none of its constituents uphold it? Do the right thing, both of you.

Cheney is disgusting. I am sure it is bad. This is not the first time something like this has happened involving Cheney. MK ULTRA and Monarch were both his babies. They're a secret police dedicated to overthrowing/assassinating foreign govs without knowledge of the people. If you begia to read the history of secret police orgs like the C.I.A., Schutzstaffel.,Kempeitai,MVSN, KGB, FSB, etc, you'd understand they're only meant to do things that are counter productive to the morals of a society, which is why they're secretive.

INFORMATION is the goal of secret police- combined with the orders of current administration.
The majority of these agencies concentrate on espionage and intelligence gathering- which is a big difference from black op's. Black op's recruit and use these agencies but generally arent widely connected to said organisation, its most always about plausible deniability. The US sucks in that field
