As a 44-year-old mother of 6, I guarantee this man speaks to my concerns for my family & my country; both of which I love. He sees the connections that are totally outside Sen. McCain's experience, but worse, apparently outside his focus of policy changes. By the way, Gov. Palin may be a fine neighbor, but a LEADER?!? I don't think so. My teenagers don't understand why it's even a possibility. I'm not sure how to explain it without saying politics, winning is more important than honor and truth.
It makes me so happy to know that our next president cares about our needs and recognizes the real issues that affect every day. Thank God for Mr. Obama.
i was there And those had the chance to speak but they didnt even try And we got so fired up to see them there we couldnt explain how the brought in those signs.. because they checked us before going in and they didnt allow signs.. that was totally odd.. But we all screamed them out it really got me mad he is such a great man.He came to where we were before he walked out and shooked our hands i swear ill never ever forget this day We love you Obama we believe and hope through you
Yes, you are talking to ME! I feel Obama has my best interests at heart, truly.
Also, thank you Obama, for not insulting my intelligence by selecting an embarrassingly ill-equipped and unqualified female VP just to get my vote. Because, Obama you know us women, you know what's important to us. You respect us enough to know that we don't blindly vote without thinking about issues important to us.
Thank you for caring about and for respecting me Obama. I respect you back and you got my vote!
Obama my man this country needs you really bad, i fear that the constitution will be raped by the new administration and there wont be any way to reverse or have an abortion of all the atrocities that will happen and the irreversible damage might prove to be more devastating than the one this administration has done please let's all do our best to help him get elected and save the dying constitution. Obama we need you more than ever
Wow! Did you notice how Obama does not speak from notes, that he addresses his audience directly and with heart and knowledge? Hurray that he is also finally responding to the chicanery and sleaziness of the cadaverous and catatonic McCain. Go Big O!
You cannot argue with his message. I believe he has the tools to make this country great again. I BELIEVE in Barack Obama. Doesn't it feel like they (in the 60's) must have felt when JFK was elected?
How can ANYBODY hear this man talk and still vote for McCain? That's like passing the healing medicine up to guzzle down the poison that got you sick to begin with, only even more concentrated doses.
Please, women, it's our last chance for this country to turn itself around. There is no better opportunity than this to make our stand. REGISTER, AND VOTE for OBAMA!
Amazing job speaking the truth. I was there, this is Obama County. Love from Florida to Obama. You should put up Debbie Wasserman Schultz's introduction it was great as well.
G-d Bless Barack Obama and The United States of America!
I can't vote for him either because I'm British but I was in America for two months and followed the politics closely, watching both conventions, and if I was American I would most definitely vote for Obama. Every American should be proud to have him as a representative =)
Excellent!!!! Obama is not afraid of raising our expectations or appealing to our highest aspirations as a country!!! "We're not turning back now. It is time for change!!!"
It is time that we support Barack Obama for President. He is full of new ideas, and is the only one that will inspire us, and be forceful in guiding this country back on track.
Women need to play close attention to this election. The future of our children and our grandchildren is at stake here. We must make sure that we elect someone who is going to bring real change to our country.
i can't believe it. obama is such a great man, who is stepping up for change, and all these people are saying they hate both mccain and obama. also women are leading toward mccain, because of stupid sarah palin, who has no experience, and may as well be our next president. some people are SO stupid, they need to understand what's really going on.
He was heckled by people against abortions and homophobic men...they had up signs that said "BLACKS AGAINST OBAMA" and "ABORTION IS AN OBAMA-NATION"...they got kicked out though, no one were really paying attention to them except the police. Obama never said he was for abortions, he just feels like it's a women's right to choose, same with gay marriages.
I was there. They started yelling "Obama Go Home" during his speech. There was no question and answer session because this was not a Town Hall style event. They were not trying to ask a question, and they did not seem to have any questions prepared. It appears that they just wanted to disrupt things a bit. They were escorted out, and Obama got back to the business of discussing his perspective on the economy and his economic plan.
obama will be a good resident even though i am not old enough to vote i wish i was to vote for him. i listen to all of his speeches and i watched the democratic convention.
On Good Morning America (Sept.11):
Alaska is #1 in the country for RAPE per capita of WOMEN.
Alaska is #2 in the country for MURDER of WOMEN by men.
There is a large organization in Alaska called Alaskan Women Against Sarah Palin.
They say Sarah Palin has FAILED to take decisive action to support women and their issues or to protect women in Alaska.

I heard Obama got heckled during this speech. It was the second time compared to the dozens and dozens of times it happened to McCain.
I still wish they got to ask Obama their concerns. He tried to but they kept shouting and eventually got kicked out.
