  • Thank you so much... This is a treasure that only a few people have the privilege to enjoy. So incredibly beautiful that people's tears together should fall as this "Cascade", to make a lake of purity and love...

  • Tons of arpeggios aren't so hard, until you put it in a key like F Sharp Major lol...

  • @fazetti Don't hear too many contemporary fiddlers play arpeggios (or anything else) in this league, even though all newer recordings play at correct speed. Assuming this is in G, he really played it faster.

  • great violonist, died too young: what a tragedy!

  • 5*......

  • Wow! Puts a new importance on the practice of arpeggios!!

  • ez olyan széééép...

  • interesting

  • GYÖNYÖRŰ!

  • Heavenly playing. Amazing violinist. Thank you for sharing this lovely recording.

  • Franz von Vecsey is SO UNDERRATED!

This kind of bell-like beauty of sound is just not heard nowadays.

He began on an Amati, then he switched to the 1735 Guarnerius that Kubelik once had (acquired by Rabin and now Kyung Wha Chung), and settled on a Stradivarius in the end.
