koopikeva is good but not "100" times better then decoy decoy is pretty good himself or herself i mean koop has good effects and its original but decoy can probnably the stuff that koop does just some time and he took only a week.. i mean what would happen if he took a year or something but stillall koop did was some ms paint desigfns in vegas and alot of masking frame by frame in skittles true that koop is better but still ^^
