This should be renamed to "Vision of Lies" - Russia can't maintain its road system in Moscow and is near collapse never mind build these kind of structures.

Anyway since when did we have such creative and talented engineers and architects? If this was to be done (which it wont) everything will be design and taken care of my foreigners; as Russia is too dumb to invest into it's education system.

I'm pretty sure the picture Rotating Tower you show in this video is a building being constructed in Dubai- unless Moscow intends to have the exact same one.

Moscow city project is frozen already for almost a year, but the buildings are still lit up in the night so it gives the effect of a finished and functional buildings. MENTALITY of Russian gov-nt has to be rebuilt first, then everything else will be built without a problems

...and yea, i agree too many mirrored buildings, bring back the days of gothic style architecture n PROPER buildings carved from stone! Dnt get me wrong i like modern architecture but all this looks like a massive theme park, i'd rather go to disneyland than places like dubai.. haha, sorry rant over! :]

ok, Dubai almost finished the Burj Dubai which consists of 818 m. the kuwaities want to build another one of 1001 m a km. long and the saudi arabians, in Mecca want to build one of a mile high 1,600 m. high
