  • What if you have a word that has three vowels or more in it such as computer?

  • @rotten69token another word will be suite which is pronounced as sweet. In this case, the vowels are pretty much pronounced.

  • @rotten69token This pronunciation rule applies to each syllable. Computer has three syllables with only one vowel per syllable, so the 2-vowel rule doesn't work here.

    The word 'suite' is an exception. The 2-vowel rule works about 90% of the time so there will always be exceptions.
