Can I ask why the German and French forces from NATO will not help in the southern regions. Help is needed badly and they won't help. Can somebody tell me why they stay upnorth, and not help the forces in the south, where casualties are the most. I fear that NATO will fall apart this way. As a Dutch citizen I am proud of our troops, but find it very hard to acceptt that Germany and France won't help. No affence.

-under napoleon's reign against an alliance of england/prussia(the 2 others worlds most powerful armies at this time)

-in 1940 against german army(by far the best army at this time too)

we had more killed in ww1 than usa in ww1+ww2+vietnam

we also had 2 politic losses : vietnam(like usa and your bigger army)and algeria's independance war(impossible to win, remember yours)

Great to see French troops doing their bit! Here in the US, there is so much anti-French hatred that most are blind the fact that France is very much involved in the war on terrorism, they've been fighting it longer than we have.
