  • as long as there is friction you can get muscle. But those seem to lose to do anything.

  • @1o2o3e Super late comment but I don't care.. as the above comment says as long as there is resistance that challenges you to failure at a certain amount of reps you can build size and muscle. I have this set and I can tell you I've made huge gains. Not to mention they act as free weights, they attach to a door anchor that mimics machines, and you can adjust tension easily to perform drop sets. I suggest you do your research before you knock resistance training.
