  • I am doing the TM in Wintergreen, VA in October. This seems to be the PERFECT workout, if it doesn't kill me! When I think of "Bad Man", this guy is the definition! Thanks for the inspiration!

  • This reminds me of one of my Wednesday night football workouts. Almost exactly alike. No kettle bells though, and we didnt use little tires

  • @drowningpool893 The Army makes us do a 5 mile course like this. The lightest we carry is 40lbs... Walking is unheard of. it's our 5 mile "bayonette course" immediatly following that we have a 15 mile 75lb timed ruck march up and down FT. Benning hills then up the "stairway to heaven" (1 mile 45 degree hill) this is the last thing we do... the 15 mile mark is a honor hill... Only Infantrymen are aloud in it. it's our holy land lol our prize? gold plated cross rifle pins for our class A's lol

    Good old Stairway to Heaven. That was a good prep for so many ruck marches. R.O.T.M!!! lol. Ft. Benning.
