If two rival rappers can resolve their differences, put down their arms, &peacefully share a common area (New York, the Stage, the Limelight, etc), why can't the rest of the world?

Civil wars, territorial conflicts, insurgency from terrorist groups in places such as: Israel & Palestine, Chechnya, Africa (Such as Niger, Maghreb, Somalia, etc) to list just a few out of MANY conflicts that still are ongoing today.
