Observations:
Omote - uke does not try to get up in that brief moment just before the final lock is put on. I think he should always be giving tori a little something to work with.
Ura: Tori winds up and DOES tenkan on uke rather than uke moving towards tori and tori deflecting/turning such attack. I think it is wrong to DO tenkan on uke. Tenkan should happen because of what uke does.
...Just my thoughts ... tell me I'm wrong... Sensei :-)

@rupertmja1 Omote - Uke can't get up, the sensei cuts his arm and desequilibrate Uke, so he can't get up, even if he tries in spite of his efforts!
Ura - The sensei does a Tenkan to take Uke farest as he does just an Enka.
Don't forget that the speciality of Shihan Christian Tissier is the direct application of Aikido's technique :)
