This is funny because it is so very random! I mean, back when this was aired, very few programmes had the audacity to be this random and outrageous! If you don't find this funny... Imbeciles (I love that word) wearing monkeys on their heads! In what way can this be considered funny? Antiques Roadshow could be fertile ground for satire, but this example is a watered down exercise aimed at folk with low education and heavy regional accents.

Trust me, shooting stars (the show this was from) was hilarious. It probably was a little immature but it made me laugh every time :). That's all that matters I guess

Don't mean to be pedantic but this was actually from the Smell of Reeves and Mortimer not Shooting Stars.

It doesn't get much more farout than this (unless its something else Vic & Bob have done lol), I just wish they hadn't got sidetracked with Shooting Stars and Families At War et al. Whilst those were ok (well Shooting Stars was superb actually), for me I think Vic & Bob were at their absolute finest on the Smell of Reeves & Mortimer.
